Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss to opportunity to receive services. Our appointment reminders will now be going out 48 hours prior to your appointment to allow enough time to reschedule. No Shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a fee. The amount of this fee will be 50% - 100% of the cost of the service booked.
