Randy has been a hairdresser for over 25 years and has been at Propaganda for close to 20 years.  He has vast experience within his field from color, cuts, and perms to listening to people and helping them with their hair needs be them younger or older.  He also does essential oil hand treatment to help bring peace, calm and a side of humor.
