Lauren Archuleta

I’ve been a hairstylist for 14 years and have been working at Propaganda since March of 2023. I started my career in the South Bay Area and assisted for 2 years, being mentored by many talented hairstylists who helped shape who I am today as a hairstylist. I chose to work at Propaganda since they’ve been in Portland a long time, everyone’s super friendly, have a nice smaller environment and are in a great location. I became a hairstylist because I have a passion for doing hair and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else with my life. I’ve always loved doing hair since a young age. I love the creative freedom that comes with it. I have a passion for cutting hair such as precision cuts, pixies, shags, mullets, bobs and razor cuts. I love doing fashion colors, highlights, balayages and color blocking. Anything creative. I love making people feel good about themselves and I feel like hair has a big impact on how a person can feel whether it’s for everyday life or a special occasion. I will always do my best to make sure my clients feel great after every service. In my free time I love doing nature activities such as hiking, swimming and camping throughout the PNW. I also love going to live music, markets and crafting.
